Terms & Conditions By uploading artwork, logos, images, or other content, I represent and warrant that I own the rights to use the submitted materials or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and authorizations from the rightful owner(s). I acknowledge that Shineapple Prints does not verify ownership of submitted artwork and relies upon the representations made by the customer. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shineapple Prints, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from the use of submitted artwork that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of another party. Shineapple Prints reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or remove any order that appears to contain copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or otherwise protected material for which authorization cannot be reasonably established. Shineapple Prints is not responsible for damage caused during application, improper care, laundering, misuse, or use of products outside of recommended guidelines. I understand that acceptance of an order by Shineapple Prints does not constitute a determination that the submitted artwork is authorized for use. I acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions before adding my design to the cart.
