Churches, nonprofit organizations, and resellers requesting tax-exempt purchasing must register with Shineapple Prints and provide valid exemption documentation before tax can be removed from an order.
- Churches and nonprofit organizations must provide valid exemption documentation applicable to the organization and purchase.
- Resellers must provide an applicable resale certificate, such as Virginia Form ST-10.
- The customer account must be reviewed and approved before tax-exempt purchasing is enabled.
- Tax already paid on an order may not be automatically refundable.
Government entities and qualifying public schools use a separate verification process.
Artwork authorization
Only Submit Artwork You Are Authorized to Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce all submitted artwork, including business logos, school marks, team logos, mascots, trademarks, photographs, and copyrighted designs.
Shineapple Prints may request proof of authorization and reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order containing artwork that appears unauthorized or infringing.

Is there a minimum order for church shirts?
No. Shineapple Prints accepts orders beginning with one custom shirt. Larger quantity orders may receive lower per-item pricing.
Can we upload our church logo or ministry artwork?
Yes. Upload the highest-quality version available. The Design Studio lets you position and preview the artwork before placing the order.
Can we order different shirt sizes for our group?
Yes. Orders can include multiple available sizes and quantities for staff members, volunteers, youth groups, and event participants.
Can we reorder the same design for future events?
Yes. Saved designs make it easier to order additional shirts for future programs, new volunteers, repeat events, or expanding ministries.
Can you help with a large church order?
Yes. Submit a custom-order request when your project needs additional planning, special quantities, multiple apparel options, or design assistance.
Do you serve churches outside Richmond?
Yes. Shineapple Prints is based in Richmond, Virginia, serves nearby communities, and can ship eligible online orders outside the local area.
Can our church or nonprofit order without paying sales tax?
Tax-exempt purchasing may be available after Shineapple Prints reviews and approves valid exemption documentation. Creating an account as a church or nonprofit does not automatically remove tax.
